Work Experience
- Always include your most recent work experience at the top of your resume
- Always include all relevant or related experience, no matter how old it is
- Avoid long gaps in work history. If there are large gaps, try to include a description of
any other related position or experience during that time elsewhere on your resume
- If you have had many job changes or short job stints, be sure to explain why, i.e.
contract position, relocation, etc.
- Never blame a previous job experience or employer as you could be viewed as
difficult to please, even if your arguments are legitimate
